It is with great pleasure that we, Living life Boat Trips, welcome you on our boat. Get ready for a wonderful, adventurous, romantic, delightful and above all exciting Caribbean Sea experience!

During this boat trip we will show you some of the gems that have blessed our beautiful island, Curacao. You see and experience what life looks like from a sea, beach and sun perspective.

Before we embark on your journey, some safety and general regulations need to be addressed. As much as you love doing this to have fun, safety always comes first! Don’t worry, this only takes a few minutes.

While you take out your sunglasses, put on your hat and unpack your camera, read the following (safety) conditions carefully. We hope that you agree and ask that you confirm this to us by signing this document. As soon as that’s settled, we’ll be back.

We are ready to get started and we hope you are ready too!

1. Before we get started, we’ll give you a safety briefing so you know what to do in case of an emergency and we’ll show you where we have the life jackets available. Be sure to wear these vests when one of us asks you to. This is the case when we think that wearing a vest is necessary for your safety.

2. Walking around on the boat is possible. Feel free to view the area from multiple locations of the boat. However, make sure that you are seated in the appropriate seats when the boat starts to move. It is important to stay seated, this is necessary to keep the boat balanced on the water.

3. We can imagine that the combination of the hot sun and the sea around the boat can make you want to jump into the sea. However, this is risky and therefore only do this if it is indicated that jumping into the sea is allowed.

4. Something to eat and/or drink on the boat is possible, but help us keep the boat and our Caribbean sea clean. Save the turtles and
   other marine life by keeping our sea clean. Do not throw your waste into the sea. Make sure to stay friendly when you drink. If we believe that this is no longer the case, whether or not due to excessive alcohol consumption, we are forced to remove you from the boat without refund of any amount paid. The use of any kind of drugs and cigars/cigarettes is not allowed. Our boat is a non-smoking boat. Last but not least, do not take any kind of weapon on the boat.

5. If your reservation includes food, please make sure to inform us of any allergies at least 24 hours before the start of the boat trip. The same goes for any medical condition you have that is necessary for us to know. If you can’t swim, please let us know in advance.

6. In case of emergency, unfortunately, the pleasure has to be replaced by strict actions. We are here to provide guidance and establish rules to get you back safely. In order for us to be able to do this, you must follow the instructions of one of us, not just in case of an emergency, but throughout the journey.

7. We will do our best to provide you with a wonderful Caribbean Sea experience and return you safe and sound. Despite our best efforts, taking part in our cruise is at your own risk at all times. We are not liable for any damage/costs that you suffer/incur during or as a result of the cruise and all (other) services provided by us. By accepting these (security) conditions you expressly waive all (future) rights to claim any compensation from us for any damage/costs you have suffered/incurred and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from and against possible claims by third parties in any way related to the boat trip and/or one of our (other) services.

8. Since we are in Curaçao and you are about to discover Curaçao gems, Curaçao law fully applies to these (security) conditions and to all our services, with exclusive jurisdiction for the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal of Curacao. If we agree on these (security) conditions, sign this document as soon as possible and send it back to us, so the fun can begin.
